It's not the first time that negative feedbacks are given. Everytime "problem has been rectified" but it turned out nothing has changed...

I assume that you are not the guy who's managing Dreamz88 Whatsapp account. But as long as that guy is around, nothing will change. It might improve for a few days but eventually old habits will kick in.
