you can only get BBBJ from Cat50(not every house) and Cat150

so I can spend 60$(L06H72) 80$(L08H66E) or 100$ to try PRCs but still can't get BBBJ most of the time.

so for budget bonk , I will go to house like L18H18 and spend 100$ to get all these services.
