To be fair to bro commedes, I also got my fair share of bad/ok experience despite the girl having fantastic FRs here. Maybe it is just unfortunate that he encountered her on a bad day. Besides, it seem that based on previous FR, she seems green and a tad fragile, hence, she may not be professional enough to provide good service even on a bad day.
