If the diagnosis is obvious, NG treatment is super easy.
1 injection, 4 tablets problem solved
Usually symptoms gone within 24 to 48 hours
If the symptoms are not obvious i.e. maybe it's not NG but somethign else or NG AND something else then you may need testing which is more troublesome and more expensive
