without power): Keep on posting until you get your power. Only
posts < 48 hrs can be upped.
Do not up someone when you have
no power !! (pts < 40 and posts < 10). The upz will be
0 points and, you will not be able to upped him again for the
next 1,000 upz (or next 3 yrs if you upped someone daily).
