I think some Bros are offered "discounts" from the OKTs for writing FRs and since they gotten the "discounts" they will tend to write good FRs no matter how bad the bonk is!! Hence misleading Bros here sometimes.. So if u just Chiong blindly based on FRs I'm sure u going to bump into a few hiccups along the way :-)
