Kissing, and especially frenching, can be sometimes don't have. This is true of any commercial bonking, for any stable.
This is even if they advertise so.
Now, I'm not saying they are doing right thing to advertise in misleading manner. Just stating the market.
Personally, without those in place, is a deal breaker for me as well.

I don't think it's fair of you to ask for a discount in middle/end of session.
It interrupts their slot planning, and also considering what you have received as stated above.
Not saying the service was acceptable.. but such negative service can be encountered at other stables as well.
And OKT indeed did try to give you concession to swap a girl (I know some OKTs will just ask you to leave/pass nasty remarks, if you express intention to swap)

How much of those FRs can you trust, or how aligned are those genuine FRs to your personal taste?
