Bro TS, i think u need to decide what you want in the end. Gals are funny creatures. If u are starting to become her best friend, forget about getting into her pants. Gals don't f**k their besties.

There's nothing wrong in showing compassion and keeping things friendly with her but as her employer u need to draw the line with regards to yourself (and not only OC).

And considering your OC. Gals are very jealous creatures. Your OC will not appreciate u being close to any gal. Worse still your maid under the same roof. If its about getting into her pants, u can say its worth it. But if its not, not worth the trouble.
