In short, OKT gave you a discount of $60 (130 to 70) yesterday, thats almost half price.
And today again offer you 110/2/90, another $20 - $40 discount depending on who you pick. If you had accepted his 110/2/90 offer, you would have paid $170 for 3 shots.
All i see is a OKT trying to offer some customer service after a likely honest mistake, by offering you 2 separate discounts and even persuaded and convinced Summer to give you CIM.
You still niao for extra $10 more..
