Arsene is building a team on players with good ball skills.
Example Henry, Pires(before), Ljungberg, Hleb, Fabregas, Eboue, Rosicky
And also many of his players are swift when attacking..
I think with his mindset of attacking passing football, Walcott will be in his plans as this guy has speed and good ball skills.
Pennant is not that good, and tends to lose ball easily to opposition. Like Reyes.
