I suppose you are referring to Grand Dragon KTV in Batam City Hotel. I’ve never been there but the concept is similar to M1 KTV. The KTV has girls that sit with you for a price and some are available for booking too, but I heard it’s one of the most expensive in Batam. Grand Dragon also has a disco too, just like M-One.

The spa is called New Spa and is not affiliated with Grand Dragon KTV. 1st level of the spa has all the facilities (gym, pool, sauna, steam room, O2 room) and 2nd level of the spa are all the massage rooms. The massage packages come with 1 HJ and I heard they have also recently launched a massage package for boobs-massage, which means the ladies will massage your body with their boobies.
