You described very well all the negative sides of going to Batam on Ramadan to the purpose of booking girls. One should keep all that in mind.
In my case, all those aspects you enumerated have a limited impact, as I am not used (anymore) to book girls overnight from joints. I hunt in disco and I try to talk with girls anywhere at daytime, just in case any of them is willing to arrange a meeting at night. From my perspective, the only big problem of Ramadan is that discos close at 2am instead of 5am-7am. Except that, I always liked to see the place more quiet, with less people around.
