On chemistry, its hard to get gd GFE on 1st visit. But if RTF (within one week) does not improve GFE, I likely give up.

Yeah, exercise definitely important, and it helps to build stamina during some sexual positions too. Agreed on the GFE part, if 2nd visit no feeling, should call it quits with the WL. No point carrying on.
