Like that day I go watch Infinity War at BOLIAO Cineplex, their service and business policy best.
I watch halfway I realise I dun like the colour of Thanos. I come out ask for refund they also refund me also give me discount to their pop corn sia!
Then after that go eat Chicken rice eat halfway suddenly feel like want pang sai so no choice give back half the chicken rice and the bones, the manager say wah I still nice enuff give back the bone so he also refund me half.
The best part is this:
After that go toilet pangsai. pay $0.20. Later realise the toilet seat not comfy so sai cant come out, the CEO of the toilet also refund me $0.10.
I mean pang sai is a small business but is the principal that counts mah
This is something that people in the service industry need to learn from BOLIAO Cineplex
