VN is not really a place for outcall. You can go pick up a pro from the clubs but they will all ask rip off prices. Wechat will have various pimps but not a great option, you never know what you will get. Usually not that great.
Lots of incall options on Viet forums but it can be a bit hard for a foreigner to navigate. I would suggest as a first timer to VN, go to the massage places first. Most are HJ/BJ only but the girls are hot and you can arrange something with them for after they finish work.
