These are all shared by MLs. While I don't deny maybe some will get lucky but believe the success rate is rather low. More likely is like what you mentioned, service will be compromised as ML is tired by then.

Agreed . Some obviously knew ML have no customer after that and can drag their stay there . Although they can pay for it but it is just a bastard move .
