To sum up. Raw or not raw is really up to the cheongster. FL may offer/allow raw but YOU do have a choice to use the CAP.

Unless you tell me the FL threw the CAP out of the window or remove your CAP each time you put on the CAP.

Also, remember even FLs that just arrive, they aren't safe to raw for you got no idea what they did in their homeland.

As far as HIV is concerned, the risk of penetrative sex is much lower than receptive sex. The FL risk increases for receptive sex if the HIV+ cheongster came inside.

Anyway, your chances of getting STD is higher than getting HIV.
