During Ramadan month...
Some hotel that targeted Muslim guest might offer suhoor and Iftar

As muslims taking part in puasa do not eat or drink anything during daylight hours,

The usual morning meal have to be taken
just before dawn..
so some hotel will have to start serving 'suhoor' or 'sehri' very early.

Also another meal ('iftar') are served after sunset.
