Everyone has a different perspective, and here's mine :
Post that are not inline with topic title = TCSS
Post that are quoted whole and make only 1 or 2 sentences = Spam
Post that are within topic but making 1 line reply per post = Thread Bumper aka bandwidth waster
(not exactly a bad thing for a TS,hehehe..who constantly restrict himself to bump a thread with non-informative/off-topic post)
Clone/s or not, the experienced internet user can surely tell. Then again, no internet communities on earth can stop clones. Solution is, to co-exist.
So long they dont cross "that" line, which is why Moderator/Administrator exist.
