The serving comes with slices of Mackerel fish, a better fish to be used for fish soup, tofu, seaweed, tomatoes and sprinkle of shallot and coriander. The soup has a tingle of sweetness but the flavour will not able to create a deep impression on us; several other fish soups have better broth than Angel Horse.
