If OKT put up certain svc despite FL refusing, then long term of course the half fk svc will show itself in FRs. Do it long enough and the stable is deemed as unreliable and business suffers. In business every decision comes with a market reaction.
This is also the reason why some stables have to switch names but others are known to be reliable and "safe" choices. Customers will always vote with their money
