In a way u r rite bro, but I m sure at least you n i are not crooks, liars or scammers like some here are...you just need to identity who r the scammers and who are the nice guys or gals in this forum..hv met a few nice guys and gals in this forum already

...they make even better friends than my own real-life friends, more courteous more respectful, not bitchy or quarrelsome as my everyday friends at work
if you r talking abt being scammed and cheated, you don't need to wait until you meet them up for tat to happen to you, it can happen even here right now online with the scammers behind their keyboards w/o having to meet-up with them in real life...on the contrary, in fact, scammers are very afraid to meet-up with you face-to-face, cos they r scare you identify them and report them to police

...anyway, 1st meeting is just a simple kopi session, just a get-to-know kinda thing...other than knowing how each other look like face-to-face there's nothing else they know about you unless u choose to reveal to them...if you don't like to meet again after this, den just don't meet again lor...tats all, it's very harmless actually, tats why don't understand wat is all this fear about meeting up
just consider yrself like are reporting to work in a new office, u expect and will meet many new people who you never before met in yr 30,40,50 or 60 years of life

...or just imagine, a customer who u hv been speaking over the phone, she suddenly turns up at yr office one day to pick up something from you and say "hey hi, are you Richard ??.. i m joey from XXX Co...i m the one speaking to u over the phone"
