Good breakfast in penuin area, you can try
Eatern food court opposite BCS mall.
Try their fish soup stall inside the food court there.
But do note that they only opens from earlier hours of the morning until around 1pm plus and at about 12 pm, you wouldnt have much choice of fish to choose from.
Even tho i dont take sea food but base on going there and looking at my friend's physical review on the food, this place is good from breakfast till early lunch hour.
And as for pricing...do prepare about S$10 per pax if one is eating a lot. Their crispy big prawn is REALLY BIG in size!
Its not my kind of food tho but should be good for seafood lovers.
