Today, went to ICA with a peidu mama to renew her LTVP as her sponsor, but didn't manage to get her card today cos of some ICA computer system not updated issue. She had to hold on her Disembarkation Card (DE or white card). Left ICA unhappily but since it is already a wasted trip to ICA, don't want to miss this opportunity for a good and free bonk, jio her happily to Hotel 81 in Chinatown. At the counter, was told that cannot book-in for short hour using her passport, must have FIN card.
