You are right.
He always delay his WL's salary since many years back and he got some investors to pump $$$ into the biz.
Unfortunately, the whole GL biz recently was very badly hit by the online portals and many OKTs are bleeding now with very few customers.
Many GL gals told me they are getting like 2-3 customers a day. Some even less than that. Ofcos there are still some with 6-8 customers. But those are very very few and far between. In 1654A, only Angel is doing well and the rest are getting not more than 4 per day.
Naturally Willie was not spared either. His biz was badly hit and his gals are returning one after another. Now he cannot meet his financial obligations to his investors. I would think the biz is difficult to continue if the rental per month is more than $10K with so few customers. Last time his house is buzzling with customers and gals going in and out. I dun understand why he still allow those few guys there not calling gals and gossiping about other customers. Many customers are pissed off by them and feedback to Gwee but there are still there everyday. These customers eventually go to other houses. Willie is always not there and he goes to his shop only for few hours at nite. Nowadays his gals told me they only get 2-3 customers a day except for Xiao Xi but her regulars mostly dun go to her house too.

Whether it is true or not, he will not share such sensitive info with you anyway, unless you are one of the investors who supported him financially.
If you are, you will not be so nice as to write-off the amount also.
Probably you will be more concerned about when you can divest your investment.
AV need time to approve becos he is still undischarged and his future earnings with go to his creditors first. His shareholders and Gwee will rank lower than his creditors. Any complications will be headache for AV in future.
