U just have to take the first step out and get to know girls. Whether in pub, internet, school friends what not. The wife don’t magically appear in front of u.
No girls will openly tell u that they are a slut looking for a fwb. It’s like 2 person falling in love, right place right time right environment, things will fall into place.
