Yours was because of a worn out top.
I saw a nip slip because I think the bra was too loose (straps) because the cup seems to be the right size. The problem with loose straps is because even if the cup is right size, the straps are unable to keep the cups in place leading to a nip slip.
With regards to the slip, it wasn't anything special, B cup brown nipples.
