1) it is a GL practice that in house customers always get top priority, because the in house OKT makes more $$$ if his gal serves customers at home......that is why if u r in a hurry...best head direct to the angpai gal's hse...

3) if u hv only 1 specific gal in mind...do not let the OKT push other gals on u while u wait for her arrival (that is if u r not at her hse)...if the OKT does not like it, tough...just go to another hse...remember u r the paying customer...
4) it is generally easier to get a gal at a neighbouring hse, than a hse located further away...say for eg. u want call a L16 gal...it wld generally be easier to get her at a L16 hse than say at a Lorong 28 hse...
5) now if the OKT frequently tells u that a specific gal that u want is always "not working" or "on leave"...be on guard...probably GL OKT politics at play...i.e. the OKT probably not on good terms wif the gal's OKT or even wif the gal herself...go to another hse to "test" whether what the OKT is claiming is really true...
this may also apply to always waiting a v long time for a specific gal...OKT may be on a 'low priority' list wif the gal's OKT...OKTs may hv their own kaki OKTs, so they wld give their OKT kakis priority wrt their own gals...
6) always shop ard to find OKTs that u r comfortable wif over the long term...

1) a house generally gets to earn more, if ther own house girl "work" at home. But just $10 nia.
The part which u say call if u have only 1 particular girl in mind..... what i usually do is i try 1 house per even lorong... for example.. Lorong 16 , 1 house, 18 1 house, then 20.... the more the house is next door to each other, sometimes they will both say no to the same girl...
so i try 1 house per lorong..
house thats says on leave, not working....
thats why we have the forum, to help each check the staus of the girl...
meizhi was told to be busy , yesterday...l but now i see fourm, people say that she is not even in home .
and there is not such thing as a honest OKT. we try 1 okt a few times.. their pattern all starts to come out..
