Spent 1 night in bkk yesterday while transiting to sg. It’s been more than 2.5 years since my last visit to bkk. Only had time check out nana plaza since it was close to my hotel. Friday night and I can tell you the quality of girls at the rainbow chain is very poor compared to pre-covid. By far the best nana bar is a new one called billboard. The quality is high and a very newly renovated place. There is a Jacuzzi sort of pool at one end where girls dance topless and a regular pole dancing stage at the other end of the establishment. Toilets are new and done up pretty well compared to the rainbow toilets. I was told that the girls changing room upstairs is also done up very well. I recognised a handful of former rainbow girls who obviously jumped shipped. I’ve been chionging the bkk scene for more than 20 yrs and this has to be by far the best bar in nana in terms if quality and ambience. It’s a apparently a new bar opened by a farang and his Thai wife. What struck me was also how some girls seemed to be high on weed. No surprise since weed has been legalised. There where 2-3 girls who were so high that they could hardly stand. I was interested in a short haired girl with a good body but she was engaged with a farang and was obviously very high. Settled to LT at 6k + 1k bar fine, which is on the high side.
