The benefits of JG are real. The first time I had JG, my dick was rock hard for more than 60 min out of the 90 min session I had booked. As for pain experienced during and after JG, it is the same as any TCM massage of any body part. You will experience pain during and/or after the session if:
1. There is severe blockage; or
2. The masseuse is unskilled or a quack.
How do you know whether it's the former or the latter? If you continue to experience pain during and/or after subsequent sessions by the same masseuse, then you can confirm that the masseuse is unskilled. If the masseuse is skilled, the subsequent sessions should be relatively painless or even enjoyable. This is the same for TCM massage of any body part, including the prostrate region and the dick.
With regards to blood resulting from treatment, irrespective of whether it is true that it is due to very severe blockage, you should have it checked by a specialist doctor. Don't just take your masseuse's word for it.
