If the DH is super young, super chio, super GFE who let's you do anything you want, ain't it worth it? Or just because they are DH, it should be FOC, or just a meal and some lousy beer, let you CIP, CIM then it's worth it?
Why try to price it? Then just go GL, find the cheapest house that offers no frill, no foreplay or service, all done within 20 minute, no hunting required.
