Location: 8/10 lots of parking space for drivers, some buses for PT bros but it is quite far away from any MRT station. Actual apartment presents a little bit of exercise and effort to get to.
Room: 9/10 other than a queen sized bed and a side single seat sofa that acts as a table, the room is completely empty. Minimal but looks very new and cosy.
