No point to write FR here cos of distance to town and lack of "investment" returns. Nice try though, but several new kids on the block have sprouted and giving Florence a run for her money, though the coyote club concept has lost some alllure to bros due to high upfront "investments" and lack of tangible returns within a reasonable time frame....
if one is into a KTV concept , but with sure "investment returns" I be organising a "fact finding" mission in middle of sep. target area is Ladphrao area..as my preliminary scouting missions has spotted very good potential growth area in that place.

Yes, I did went to the seafood restaurant to eat 1 big plate of fish, 1 plate of vegetables, and 1 large tom yam gom with 4 rices and 3 bottles of water which I share with 3 girls. It cost me only 700 baht or maybe this is considered expensive.
Wow, it is already 3 years old, I never know from the interior look but of course maybe it was just renovated. Both days I went, only less than half the tables were filled up. Still got 2 videos from there with Ah Ti inside.
I was actually quite shocked that most of the girls there are driving their own cars, so the business there must be roaring. I was told that the membership will cost over 10000 bahts for 4 bottles of liquor, alamak, should have taken the offer but I saw that other places, U can get over 10 bottles if U paid 20000 bahts. Don't know how true it is. So anyone knew how much the membership costs for Club Florence.
