there is lot of advertisement that mentioned their product is good or work for 99.99%. but why they dun dare to say 100% because they want to keep the 0.01% in case their product did not work n the customer complained, they can say i am sorry i did not say my product is 100% working n u just unlucky get into the 0.01% that the product is not working.

so no matter how low the chance of get HIV positive, even is as low as 0.01%, when u can be considered as "lucky" or "unlucky" that u fall into that 0.01% n still kena HIV. so up to us whether want to take the so-callled low risk.
