I did a brief stint with a mate in Christchurch before the earthquakes.
They would rent 2-3 townhouses. First one is for service, 2nd and 3rd one would be to stay. You get all sorts of females, from the mom who needs money to pay her kid's uni fees or lesbian trying to pay for her wedding ring by just doing massages (no hanky panky). And a couple success stories where the girls marry their customers.. awww
