When Kristy woke up, she had a really bad headache.

Kristy: augrgh... where am I?....

Me: baby, you are awake....

Ever since she started caming over to my room to stay, she had already brought some clothes and stuff over.

Last night, I had helped her to change out of her clothes.



Kristy: why am I in your hostel room?....

I told her that I found her drunk

Me: what did you drink and who made you drink it?

Kristy: I had a drink with a course mate.... then I don't know what happened after that.

Me: Mandy said it was Winnie?

Kristy: Winnie was before that....

Me: who was the course mate?

Kristy: Mike....

I was frowning as I thought about the possibilities.

Kristy: why? what's wrong?

Me: someone molested you....

I told her I suspected those 2 guys molested her.

She shook her head.

Kristy: no... it's not possible that Daryl and Chong will do this to me....

Me: why can't it be possible?

Kristy: Daryl has Mandy.... and CHong has a girlfriend from my course.... tsk.... anyway, nothing else happened right?

She was scrunching her face.

Me: no.. I don't think so.....

I told her the reason.

Me: unless you want to go for a check up?

Kristy: since you think it's just molest, then just let it be....

Me: har? but we shouldn't let the perpetrators go free...

Kristy: look... my headache is really killing me..... let me go back to my room and rest first... we'll decide what to do later ok?

She got up, collected her stuff and left my room.





12pm

I called her and she told me that she is still having a splitting headache and did not want to talk.




1pm

I bought some food and aspirin for Kristy and went over to her room.

She opened the door after 5 knocks.

Me: baby.... this will help you with your headache....

Kristy: thanks....

She took the items from me and went back into her room.

I followed her in and saw that there a already another bag of medicine on her desk.

Me: oh, you've went out to buy medicine already?

Kristy: no.... Chong send this over earlier....

Me: Chong?.... why would he send you this?

Kristy: probably he saw me drunk last night and thought that I would have a headache this morning?

Me: he has never done this before right? definitely something is not right.... he must be guilty....

Kristy: tsk.... can you stop it?!....

She sounded irritated now.

Me: I'm just telling you the truth....

Kristy: I'm already having a bad headache and don't want to discuss this again........ please leave....

Her headache must be really bad for her to lose her temper. I did not want to annoy her further and left her room.





As I was walking along the corridor, a room opened and Janet came out.

Janet: oh.... hi....

Me: oh.... I don't think you stay here?...

Janet: hehe... no. I don't. I came to pass my friend something. She stays here.

Me: I see.

Janet: you came to see the cute pageant girl? how is she?....

From beside me, suddenly Kristy spoke angrily.

Kristy: what do you mean by cute pageant girl?!

I had not realized that she had came out of the room.

Janet: oh.... I didn't know your name.

Kristy: don't give me that crap! If you don't, then how would you know I took part in the pageant?!

Janet: well, sorry, I guess your name didn't register....

Kristy was boiling now. She did not reply to Janet and held my hand pulling me towards the direction of her room.

Kristy: you shouldn't associate with people like her. let's go....

Janet: oei.... what do you mean by "people like her"?

Kristy: I've nothing to say to you!

Janet: you have nothing to say to me but Sam and I are talking and you are just dragging him away.... you might be pretty but I will rather say that you are pretty rude....

Kristy let go of my hand and slapped Janet hard across her face.

*Smack*

Janet's glasses flew across the corridor.

Kristy: fuck you!

Janet was a few cm taller than Kristy but she did not retaliate and started to cry.

Without say anything, she dashed to pick up her specs from the floor and ran down the stairs.




Me: you shouldn't have slapped her.

Kristy: She insulted me...

Me: I know but it's not right to be violent still...

Kristy: why are you protecting her?!

Me: I'm not.... I'm just sharing my opinion that it's not right to get violent....

Kristy: That's your opinion not mine! and you are making me think that you have something going on with her!....

Me: no.... I swear I don't have any thing going on with her.... don't be unreasonable....

Kristy: I came out to apologize and you are saying I'm unreasonable?!... you're just an asshole!

She turned and stormed off furiously but I did not go after her.

I knew she was angry and having a bad hangover and would need time to calm down.
