I know a friend who screw own maids. He always employ young maids from indo or north india and make sure they have maid loans for 6 months or more. No off days and minimum phone interaction with max workload. This will break them mentally after few weeks. This is when he approach with advances. Most of them will surrender and do whatever he wants in return for less work and more breaks. It is kind of working with fire but he says so far he has done about 5 of them.
