Don't know where she from, have not tried her. But Fujian not necessary speak Minnan （闽南话）. Might be Mindong （闽东话，which include 福州话）, Minbei （闽北话）, Minzhong （闽中话）, Puxian (莆仙話, also known as 兴化话), Hakka （客家话）. They are all mutually intelligible from each other. Fujian province has complicated dialects, not just the Hokkien (Minnan) we are familiar with.
