I would suggest sticking to establsihed joints like a bath house, Heaven Spa is good, massage joint, JianWai SOHO is equally great or any KTV with take out. At least when the shit hits the fan, you still have some recourse and you may be protected against the bad hats. Be safe!

This is similar to the bro experience in the earlier post at Sanlitun above. Sanlitun bar street is nothing much to shout about. I dun even go there for a drink any longer due to the notorious reputation.
The Bars at Tongli ( 4 storey building) across from Sanlitun is a safer bet with China Doll, Bar Blu etc etc where you can try to pickup self operating FL's.
Stick the the safer bar, KTV, massage joints for you and your wallet will remain much happier. Why bother to risk your safety when others have been fleeced before. Its cheaper to learn form other's mistakes in life...........
