Gotanda PRC places seem to all be affiliated somehow? (I've seen the same managers at different stores before). There are three places I know of and are still active (I've tried to make it easily Google-able):

1) Outside of Ramen IFU, around 7pm a tout (usually mid-age lady) will be outside the office building beside the Ramen shop and/or across the road in Yuraku Street just outside parking building.

2) Nearby "Nanac" hair salon, This is the Basement one mentioned previously. Tout will usually be sitting outside store on a stool or log?

3) Outside "Ganso New Tantan-men Hotpot". Tout will be right outside and some others in nearby streets (Also maybe outside the Donqi?). This one seems to be the newest one?

Do note all of these have been extremely YMMV so can't really say if one is better than the others, Age can vary between 20-50. All of them 10k incl room though so one of the cheapest bonks in Tokyo. So far most consistent experiences have been 3), best was at 1) but also had the worst.

The first time I've visited this area (2017) there was also "Oasis" which had a lot of younger ladies but when I last visited this year they seem to either be closed or not accepting foreigners atm (I'm asian and look Japanese but cant speak it.)
