That's a good idea about signing bill. We did that in China, but didn't know we need to do that in the Pent. We definately got ripped off the first night, no way we reached $25k in 4 hours with 2 guys, but I made such a big stink that they didn't try to pull the same tricks again during the subsequent visits.
