Set up truecrypt on the laptop. TrueCrypt - Free Open-Source On-The-Fly Disk Encryption Software for Windows Vista/XP, Mac OS X and Linux Create an encrypted drive that can only be access with password. Very good for keeping confidential stuff. You'll need a technology geek to hack into it. Don't think the airport authority will have the doman knowledge to break it.
