many puying will be going back to their hometown to celebrate songkran. *(starting from around 12th April to 19th April) most who have earned enough for the year will chose to rtn to their village.
so brothers going there that period prepare to get wet. i mean really get your shirt and pants wet... stranger will pour water on you and you lucky enough flour will be thrown at you too.
and you can not get angry.
