R u flying direct? or via Manila. If u are heading to Manila 1st, then just head to any of the places that many ppl hav suggested ( see Philippines Posts....Edsa, Queson, MPs, Malate, La Cafe, Roxas etc) and get/book/ con/ or wat ever it takes to the gals that best fits yr needs. Most r just dying to head up to Boracay or the islands. I dont think u will meet much resistance there.
