You actually din state smell is after work, when you wake up, after shower or..... so very difficult to determine wat is the cause...
This is probably a matter of hygiene. Try washing after urinating or at least clean with toilet paper. Importantly is to make sure the foreskin is pulled backwards so urine dun touch the skin. Once urine stops, get toilet paper and clean forehead....
If it's after thorough washing and smell still there... consult a doctor.
