That's the
private section. If every mothers' son and daughter could view the attachments, it wouldn't be
private anymore would it.
There are times when the forum is being worked on where access to attachments is open so that file updates, database repairs, re indexing etc can be performed on the server but for the most part, access is restricted to those who contribute pictures.
