I went to Scratch-Dog at Windsor Hotel (Suk Soi 20) last Sunday at abt 12am. Crowd started coming in around 12.30am to 1pm. Place is opened until 5am in the morn. Was there with my thai gf. Not bad, and they have a rather young crowd (seem uni type). Should be able to be picked up cos I saw a few farang did just that.
