Actually, ulcers can be caused by a lot of reasons. So it's difficult to tell. And I think I read somewhere, doctors really have no idea what directly causes them. Have you been eating heaty stuff and not enough cooling stuff? That could be one reason. Sometimes, your teeth grinding against your mouth inside also can give ulcers. Like kids who wear braces for the first time, for some reason they kena ulcers also. A lot of reasons one. So if you've gone down on your girl before and never kena ulcer at the time until this time, and you both are faithful to each other, then it's not an STD.
Anyway, try mouthwash rinse, or mouthwash with salt water to get rid of it lor. (Even though things like Listerine are supposed to be antiseptic germkillers, in the case of ulcers, they just have a soothing effect on the ulcers and therefore bring it down.)
From your description, it's only one ulcer, right?
