Between like 8am to noon, the downloading of the pages were fast and with no error. Click response was also fast just like now I am able to write this post. Strangely in afternoon, very slow downloading and sometime even error page was displayed.
My telco is Singnet. Are you saying Singtel has target SBF URL and throttling bandwidth. I don't think so if other bros using Singtel broadband don't faced this problem ! Very frustrating
