Anyone has tried looking for street workers around St Kilda area?? The last I heard St Kilda is the place to go but do not seem to be able to look for them even after driving around for a few hours. Does anyone know which roads I should try and what time do they come out. How much they cost and do we need to provide the accommodation.

Also I know you can find an hourly rate hotel anywhere around Singapore but does anyone know of hourly rates hotel that is open 24hours around Melbourne. Sometimes need a place for a quickie.
